Francine
Mira
Dual-licensed. Bilingual. Rooted in Rutherford County. Building something that lasts.
One advisor who knows
both sides of the table.
Most buyers work with a real estate agent and a loan officer who barely talk to each other. When you work with Francine, your home search and your mortgage strategy are handled by one licensed professional — from the first conversation to the closing table.
That coordination is not a convenience. It is a competitive advantage. Deals survive because the numbers were right from day one. Offers win because the pre-approval was structured properly. Clients close without surprises because nothing fell through the cracks between two separate professionals.
That is what working with Francine looks like.
The path that built
this professional.
Francine’s background is not the typical real estate career story. It is a story of reinvention — more than once — and the kind of resilience that cannot be trained.
Puerto Rico → Connecticut. Building from scratch.
Francine grew up navigating transition — a move from Puerto Rico to Connecticut, finding her footing in a new environment, in a second language, without a roadmap. She left school in 9th grade and entered the workforce at 16. From that point forward, everything she built, she built herself.
Twenty years in manufacturing. A franchise. A track record.
She spent 20 years at Campbell Foundry, learning discipline, systems, and what sustained performance looks like. She also launched and scaled a Kinderdance franchise — her first experience building something of her own from the ground up. Along the way, she worked alongside and encountered high-profile professionals in unexpected settings, developing an instinct for reading people and situations that stays with her today.
An IVF journey, a high-risk pregnancy, and becoming a mother twice over.
Francine navigated multiple pregnancy losses and a complete IVF journey before the births of her children, Justin and Samantha. A high-risk pregnancy followed. She has never mentioned this to generate sympathy. She mentions it because it is part of who she is — someone who keeps moving forward regardless of what is in the way.
Earned her High School Equivalency at 42.
Not because she had to. Because she chose to close that chapter properly — for herself and for her children. It set the tone for the decade that followed: intentional reinvention, no shortcuts, and no excuses.
Moved to North Carolina. Built a real estate career from zero.
In 2020, Francine relocated to Rutherford County, NC — a new state, a new market, and a new license requirement. She earned her NC REALTOR® license and built her client base from scratch. No inherited book of business. No established referral network. Just the work, done consistently.
Added her MLO license. Became fully licensed on both sides.
Francine obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS #2603041) through Mathewson Mortgage Capital LLC — adding mortgage origination to her real estate practice. The result: one professional who is fully licensed and strategically coordinated across both sides of every transaction, in four states.

“I didn’t take a straight path to get here. But every single step taught me something that makes me better at this job.”— Francine Mira, REALTOR® & Mortgage Loan Originator
Four commitments you’ll feel
from day one.
Clarity over convenience
Francine will not tell you what you want to hear. She will tell you what you need to know — including the uncomfortable parts — so you can make a real, informed decision.
Dual-licensed coordination
Your real estate strategy and your mortgage strategy are built together from day one. No gaps. No miscommunication between two professionals who have never met each other.
Bilingual. Genuinely.
Professional guidance in both English and Spanish — not translated marketing materials. Every document, every question, every conversation in the language that works best for you and your family.
Education before transaction
Informed clients make better decisions and have smoother closings. Francine explains what matters, what doesn’t, and what to expect — before you need to ask.
One professional.
Both sides covered.
Most clients work with a real estate agent and a loan officer separately — and watch them fail to communicate. Francine eliminated that problem by becoming licensed in both.
